Welcome to Old Fat Elvis, the home of the Ringer & Middlefinger radio show archive. The Ringer & Middlefinger Show aired on KCSC 95.5 the Livewire the CSU Chico college radio station from Fall of 1994 through the Spring of 1995. Ringer (Brian Ringseis) and Middlefinger (Charlie McClellan) met in the spring of 1994 and became fast friends through an appreciation of music and ridiculous and twisted sense of humor.
After a successful audition the duo hosted a Sunday morning 9am show. It was a fantastic mess and the rest, as they say, is history. In addition to their weekly, the team went on to to take positions on the station’s board of directors under the organizational leadership of Michael Wright, the General Manager; Ringseis assuming the role of Program Director, and McClellan Music Director.
